Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Because all products are freshly made to order and are perishable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been prepared, picked up, or delivered.

Refunds are not automatically issued and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The order was not delivered as agreed, or
  • The wrong order was provided due to our error.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste or texture preferences
  • Minor design or decoration variations
  • Damage occurring after pickup or delivery
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Missed pickups or unattended deliveries

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with:

  • Your order name or number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos, if applicable

Approved resolutions may include a replacement item, store credit, or partial/full refund at our discretion.

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy. a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
